Refunds for sale items and gift boxes can be made up until 14 days from delivery date, for all other items, you can return online within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund only. Just enter your order number and email address, select which item you’d like to return and print off the label generated. A list of return hubs will be listed.

Alternatively, for purchases made online you can return/exchange at one of our clubhouses within 28 days of receiving your order.

Store Policy

For purchases made in store you can make a return to any of our UK clubhouses for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Gift Boxes Exchanges and Returns

Individual items bought as part of a Gift Box cannot be exchanged or returned individually.

When making a return, keep in mind the following:

1. You must provide proof of purchase for example, a receipt and/or order number.
2. Once you have completed your return, you are responsible for keeping note of your tracking number.
3. Please keep a photo of your order for return before handing over at the depot for your records.
4. Products must be unworn, unused and unwashed with all tags attached.
5. Socks can only be returned if they are sealed and in their original packaging.
6. Refunds can only be made onto the original payment method used.
7. Online exchanges are not included in our returns policy. You can return online orders for refund or exchange in any of our retail locations.
8. For purchases made using a combination of card and gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
9. Separate orders cannot be returned together – this will only cause delays in processing your return.
